Agreement
These terms govern your use of M Host. By accessing or using M Host, you agree to them. If you use M Host for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use M Host.
If a separate written agreement with NovaMeet applies, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict with these terms.
M Host
M Host provides room-device controls for Zoom meetings and configured sharing, calendar and invitation features. Available functions depend on the release, device configuration, meeting role, account permissions and connected services. The M Host Zoom guide describes setup, use and removal.
Access and license
Subject to these terms and any applicable agreement, NovaMeet grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use M Host for its intended purpose. You may not sell, sublicense, rent or distribute M Host unless a written agreement permits it.
NovaMeet and its licensors retain all rights in M Host, including its software, design and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of M Host or any connected third-party service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- protecting administrator, device and account access;
- using only accounts, devices and content you are authorized to use;
- following applicable law and your organization’s policies;
- obtaining any consent or giving any notice required for recording, transcription, invitations and sharing; and
- keeping room, network and connected-service configurations suitable for your use.
You must not use M Host to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, conduct unauthorized surveillance, bypass security controls, interfere with a service or introduce malicious code.
Content and data
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit NovaMeet and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide, secure and support the features you choose to use. The Privacy Policy explains how M Host handles information and how to submit privacy requests.
Connected services
M Host works with services provided by others, including Zoom and, when configured, Microsoft. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, privacy policies, account settings and administrator controls. NovaMeet does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
Use of the Zoom name describes compatibility. It does not mean that Zoom endorses NovaMeet or M Host.
Availability and changes
Device compatibility, network access, account status and connected services affect availability. NovaMeet may update, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Support is available through the NovaMeet support page. Support provided under a separate agreement follows that agreement.
Ending use
You may stop using M Host at any time. Follow the removal guide to sign out on the room device and remove the M Host authorization in Zoom. Your organization may also end access under its agreement or policies.
Ending use does not automatically delete every recording, log, calendar record, sent invitation or other retained record. Review the Privacy Policy for details and the deletion request route.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as M Host, our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
